Foothills Public Shooting Complex is the area’s best and most diverse shooting facility.

Hours:
March 1 – October 31: Wednesday-Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.; Sunday: 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Monday-Tuesday: Closed.
November 1 – February 28: Wednesday-Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Sunday: 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Monday-Tuesday: Closed.

Range Rules:
Follow all range officer commands. Foothills Public Shooting Complex is a cold range. When approaching firing range, firearms must be unloaded. Loaded weapons allowed only on the firing line.
- Long guns must be carried with a chamber flag indicator inserted, or shotguns must be broken open.
- Muzzle loaders must be uncapped.
- Handguns must be cased with cylinders open or holstered with slides back and magazine removed.
- Green Tip, steel core, XM-193, 50 BMG, and 338 Lapua ammo is not allowed at Foothills Public Shooting Complex.
- Shooters must clean up all brass and trash.
- Alcohol, marijuana, and any illegal substance are prohibited on the grounds of Foothills Public Shooting Complex.
- For safety, no open toe shoes or sleeveless shirts allowed.
Cardinal Firearms Safety Rules:
- Ear and eye protection required at all times by all shooters and spectators (except archery range).
- Treat every firearm as loaded.
- Keep muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
- Keep finger off trigger until on target and ready to shoot.
- Keep weapon unloaded until on the firing line.
