Arisaka Type 2 Paratrooper 7.7 Japanese Rifle - Collectible *WW2*

This is a collectible Arisaka Type 2 Paratrooper rifle chambered in 7.7 Japanese. It features a 26-inch chromed lined barrel, 5-round capacity, anti aircraft rear sight, wing protected front sight, bayonet lug, cleaning rod, dust cover, and tool-less takedown receiver wedge/pin. Overall, this Arisaka is in good vintage condition with normal handling marks on the stock. Bore condition is good with crisp rifling. The takedown assembly matches itself and is numbered separately from the gun as intended. With the exception of the dust cover, all serial numbers match including the firing pin. The receiver bears a Nagoya Arsenal proof which is correct with Nagoya being the only manufacturer of the Type 2 Paratrooper rifle. The receiver has an intact chrysanthemum and there are no import marks on this rifle. It is estimated that around 20,000 of these rifles were ever produced.
